The data controller is Slavic Cinematic s.r.o.. We process only what the platform needs to work and never sell your data.

What we process

Account: e-mail, name/handle, language. Payments: Stripe customer ID, payment history (card numbers are held by Stripe). Watching: playback time, device fingerprint (fraud protection), IP address. Creators additionally: payout details (Stripe Connect) and uploaded content.

Why (legal basis)

Contract performance (account, streaming, payouts), legitimate interest (fraud protection, security, watch-time measurement for fair payouts), legal obligation (accounting, VAT), consent (marketing e-mails – revocable any time).

Who we share with

Processors: Supabase (database, EU), Vercel (hosting), Bunny.net (video CDN), Stripe (payments and payouts), Resend (e-mail). All are bound by data processing agreements; transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses.

How long

Account: until you close it, then 30 days. Payment and accounting records: 10 years (law). Watch records: 24 months in detail, then aggregated only.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent – write to slaviccinematic@gmail.com. You may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Office.
