Creator Agreement
Effective September 21, 2026 · Slavic Cinematic s.r.o.This agreement is formed between the creator and Slavic Cinematic s.r.o. when a work is uploaded to SinemAI. It supplements the Terms of Service.
1. What you upload
Only AI-made works you authored, with rights to all inputs (voices, faces, music) and no real people without their consent. On upload you list the AI tools and post-production tools used – this is public. Minimum quality is 1080p.
2. Licence
You grant SinemAI a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to stream the work on the platform, create thumbnails and previews, and promote the work (also off-platform, crediting you). Rights stay with you; you may withdraw the work any time – the licence then ends, except for already paid 48-hour rentals.
If you choose "exclusive", you commit not to offer the work elsewhere for 90 days; in return your seconds are weighted higher.
3. Compensation
Each month 70% of net subscription revenue (after Stripe fees, VAT and refunds) is distributed to creators by real watched seconds: 65% as the pool and 5% as a bonus for the monthly Top 10. From rentals and tips you receive 70% (after fees). The formula is the same for everyone and your result is visible in the Studio.
We pay via Stripe Connect 30 days after month close, minimum $25; smaller amounts roll over. You are responsible for taxes in your country. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the next payout.
4. Fair play
Seconds from your own accounts, bots, loops or other artificial inflation do not count. Repeated violations lead to withheld payouts and account termination.
5. Review and removal
Every work goes through review (quality, rules). We may return it for changes, reject it, or later remove it for rule violations, reports or persistently low audience rating. We always tell you why.
6. Liability
You are responsible for the work not infringing third-party rights and will indemnify SinemAI for damage arising from such infringement.
7. Premiere Creator and titles
The first 30 creators with an approved work receive the Premiere Creator title with a number, permanently. The Headliner title belongs to a creator with a work in the monthly Top 10. Titles are honorary and create no additional financial claims.
8. Termination
You may end this agreement by withdrawing all works. We pay everything earned up to that day in the regular cycle.
