Terms of Service

1. Account

You create an account with your e-mail and are responsible for what happens under it. One account may have up to 4 viewer profiles for household members; sharing outside the household is not allowed.

You must be at least 16. Content rated 18+ is for adults only.

2. Subscription and payments

A subscription (monthly or annual) gives access to all content without ads. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Account settings – cancellation applies from the end of the paid period.

Renting a film (pay-per-view) gives access for 48 hours from payment. A tip is a voluntary gift to the creator.

Prices include VAT according to your country. If a price changes, we notify you by e-mail in advance.

3. Refunds

Digital content is delivered immediately, so there is no right of withdrawal after playback starts. If content cannot be played due to our fault, contact us and we refund you.

4. Content and rights

All content on SinemAI is made with AI and its copyright stays with the creators. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch on the platform. Downloading, screen recording, redistributing or circumventing stream protection is prohibited and leads to account termination.

5. Ratings, comments and reports

You can rate and comment after actually watching a film. Comments must be civil; hateful, abusive or spam content is removed. Report suspicious content (rights violations, real people without consent) with the Report button – we review within 72 hours.

6. Fair play

Creator payouts are computed from real watched seconds. Artificially inflating watch time (bots, loops, account farms, self-watching) is prohibited; such seconds are not counted and the account may be terminated.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for outages beyond our control (CDN, payment provider) or for creators' content beyond what the law requires. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. You may close your account any time in Settings; we may close it for violations of these terms.

9. Law and contact

Governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are first resolved by agreement; consumers may use alternative dispute resolution or the EU ODR platform. Contact: slaviccinematic@gmail.com, Slavic Cinematic s.r.o..
